General Course Terms & Condition's

This Agreement is between You and FCSA WA Pty Ltd ABN 91 531 046 850 representing The INVICTUS HEALTH HUB.

OVERVIEW

This program is for individuals who are ready to level up and achieve a better quality of health and life through support, challenge, community, inspiration, and guidance to achieve their goals. The program, hosted by the Invictus Health Hub Pty Ltd (Benjamin Kowal, Jodie Kowal, staff and approved contractors) is designed for those who are committed to raise their level and willing to invest time, money, and energy into the success of their health and life goals. This isn’t designed to be a ‘quick fix’ program, it is a journey of growth, commitment, development, education, and achievement.

PROGRAM OUTLINE

Inceptions:

Inceptions for each working phase are delivered virtually by Benjamin Kowal or a member of his coaching staff. Should you have any specific questions not covered in the inception material, you may request a Q&A session with your assigned support coach or utilise the messaging service, which ever mode is most suited to field your enquiry.

Support:

We are available to you for any general questions or clarification through our business hours, Monday to Friday 9am-4pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm; There may be times where your assigned health coach or a support person will be made available to you outside of clinic hours should the need arise through healing crisis.

Training:

The intention of this program is to empower you with the knowledge and tools required to regain a level of health that can be built upon. The outcomes are focussed on elevating your experience of life, and they are attained through the experiential learning, reading of course material, and developing trust in your intuition. Educational material will be made available to you through the online platform; specifics can be answered through subsequent Q&A sessions with your supporting health coach.

Typical Inclusions:

  • IHH Coaching team support.
  • Access to the relevant IHH Course Portal.
  • Access to Course literature ongoing.
  • Recommended** Cellular Botanicals, nutraceuticals & apparatus for the duration of the course as applicable to the package you have purchased.
  • Iridology analysis (reviewed in conjunction with self-assessment, no written report)
  • Opt-in diagnostics as purchased through enrolment.
  • Environmental Auditing.
  • External Service Guidance.

** ‘Recommended’ refers to the advice and guidance offered by Benjamin Kowal or his authorised proxy only.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO THE PROGRAM

You attest full commitment to the following:

  1. Be at Cause – You understand that your health reflects you, and you agree to bring energy and awareness to every aspect of this. Be curious through the entire process.
  2. Play Full Out– You will become aware that abundance shows up in your life to the level at which you show up. Please commit to adding and receiving value for yourself and being open to coaching and suggestions; this work cannot be done for
  3. Accountability – Your intention, set with gusto every day, will shape your journey. Please commit to discipline in this process and remain interactive with us.
  4. Confidentiality – You commit to not distribute protocol detail. The information within your focused protocols is intended for you only. This program elicits powerful detoxification inducing events and should only be undertaken once an understanding of the of the process has been established and executed under the guidance of Invictus practitioners.

General Conditions

  1. The program and materials you receive are confidential and proprietary, and cannot be used, disclosed, or duplicated except for your own use. These materials are unpublished works protected by copyright laws and no unauthorised copying, adaptation, distribution storage or displays are permitted.
  2. Our services are advisory and supportive only. The responsibility of implementation lies with you. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless FCSA WA Pty Ltd, Invictus Clinic, Invictus Health Hub, Benjamin Kowal and Jodie Kowal from, and against, any loss, cost or expense resulting from your activities related to the subject matter contained in any of the material and suggestions offered by the Invictus Clinic, Invictus Health Hub and its agents.
  3. Payment is available by direct bank transfer, credit card or direct debit through Stripe or Ezidebit. Stripe & Ezidebit options may incur a small additional fee. Any applicable fee will be detailed on the payment plan contract. Payment is on time and in advance. Our program fees will be deducted per the payment option selected, and on the dates specified per your agreement. A tax invoice/receipt will be provided to you on request unless otherwise arranged. Any deposits paid in advance are non-refundable. If payment is not made your access to Invictus, and its privileges, will be suspended until payment is made.
  4. In the event you wish to terminate this agreement, you will remain liable for the balance of the total fee in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. At any time, FCSA WA Pty Ltd can terminate this agreement, including the Member’s membership, immediately by giving the Member notice in writing if the Member:
    1. Fails to pay fees to be paid under this agreement; or
    2. Fails to perform any obligations under this agreement.
  5. There will be no refunds for missed meetings or calls or dropouts regardless of the circumstances. The Company does not provide refunds for a change of mind.
  6. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and FCSA WA Pty Ltd represented by Invictus Health Hub or its agents, all prior agreements, promises, or representations being merged herein.
  7. During the participation of any events or consultations provided by Invictus, you agree to:
    1. Be photographed or video recorded by Invictus Health Hub, its employees or contractors; and
    2. All images, audio and videos, taken or recorded, pursuant to sub-clause (a) herein, to be used in Invictus Health Hub marketing channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and any promotional material.
    3. At anytime you reserve the right to withdraw this consent, either in full or per media specific item, by way of written notice. Revocation of consent will only apply to media publications post the receipted date of the revocation letter delivery to Invictus Health Hub. 
  1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the State of Western Australia.
